OLR Basketball Athlete

"I'm really enjoying training at One Last Rep. All the coaches are very helpful and want to make you a better player and help improve your strength and conditioning. This program has helped me become stronger, jump higher, become faster with footwork and agility and helped with avoiding injuries on the basketball court. The workouts are always challenging, but also are fun too."

This program is a comprehensive, sport specific training program. Athletes will receive a full player analysis which includes force plate, speed, and mobility testing.

 

Individualized programs will be prepared for athletes through our training app. Daily force plate testing will be performed to monitor fatigue & performance.

With access to gold standard sport science technology, we pride ourselves in our ability to deliver key performance variables and provide effective communication on athlete health and performance to parents. If your current trainer isn’t testing, they’re probably guessing.

 

The purpose of this program is the give basketball athletes in Nova Scotia access to high-level sport-specific basketball training. We want to raise the standard for athletic development, athlete health, and performance.

Anybody can train - this is for the athlete who wants to take the next step.

Each session will provide athletes with the tools to stand out in a game. Sessions will focus on getting comfortable and developing specific skills. Screens, weak hand, spacing, finishing and more will be developed over the program. Video feedback will be utilized to help athletes better understand what they're learning and why it will make them more effective in game.

The more comfortable a player gets at doing something, the better they will be at executing during a game. Scrimmages and games are good, but a lot of athletes will go a full game and only get 3-4 shots up. Sometimes only touching the ball a few times. This doesn't build confidence in knowing their capabilities. Excellence starts in practice and is highlighted during a game.

TUESDAY - 6-7:30PM (JR), 7:30-9pm (SR) (Studley)

WEDNESDAY - 5-6:30pm (JR), 6:30-8pm (SR) (BHP)

GROUP TIMES WILL BE BASED OFF AVAILABILITY, AGE AND SKILL LEVEL. TIMES WILL STAY THE SAME OVER THE COURSE OF THE PROGRAM. AFTER REGISTRATION CLOSES YOU'LL BE ASKED TO FILL OUT AN AVAILABILITY FORM

3x/week - $880 + HST (26 Sessions)

1x Court Session( 8) + 2x Strength Session (16)

3x/week - $940 + HST (26 Sessions)

2x Court Session (16) + 1x Strength Session (8)

4x/week - $1,120 + HST (34 Sessions)
