Ethan is a graduate of Acadia University’s Bachelor of Kinesiology program. At Acadia he was the senior Strength & Conditioning coach for the Acadia Women’s Varsity Basketball team helping them reach an AUS Final in 2020. Ethan was also lead coach for the Acadia Performance Training program. During his 4 years at Acadia Ethan worked with a wide range of populations as a strength coach, including cardiac rehab clients, active ageing, and elite athletes.

Most recently he coached a Paralympic shot put athlete in preparation for the Tokyo 2021 summer Paralympics. He also worked closely with the Sensory Motor Intellectual Leadership program (SMILE), as a personal trainer.

From 2017-2020, Ethan was a strength coach at a High Performance Centre in Ottawa, Ontario where he coached youth athletes, male & female NCAA hockey players, as well as CCHL, OHL, QMJHL, AHL, KHL & NHL hockey players in the elite hockey program.
