At One Last Rep, our goal is to raise the standard of performance training in Nova Scotia. Our wide variety of program offerings allow athletes of all sports and ages to receive the highest quality of training in the province.
Backed by science and grounded in sound training principles, our highly experienced strength & conditioning coaches provide an individualized strength & conditioning program to maximize each athlete’s results.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Receive 1-on-1 training from one of our highly experienced strength & conditioning coaches. This personalized training package includes an initial goal setting session, an in depth and individualized physical assessment, progress tracking and data analysis, and post-phase goal review session. This membership allows for a more personalized coaching experience in which no stone is left unturned and progress is maximized for each individual.

Lacrosse Program
The OLR Lacrosse Off-Season program was designed to attack every aspect of lacrosse performance. Tested on some of the top lacrosse players in our province and refined by our highly experienced coaches, this program leaves no stone unturned. Through this 13-week training program, athletes will see huge improvements in their speed, agility, strength, power, shot velocity, mobility, and injury resilience. All of which will be assessed and monitored using our top of the line sport science technology.
Team Training
Receive sport-specific training as a team. Our strength & conditioning coaches will take your team through an extensive warm up, speed & agility training, and strength training. Custom group sizes and full team performance assessments are available at additional cost.
