OWNERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT

Dartmouth, NS - After six years of sustained growth and impact in the local athletic community, One Last Rep (OLR) is proud to announce an exciting evolution in its leadership team, welcoming two new owners as the business enters its next phase.

Joining the ownership group are Evan O'Toole and Lane George-both familiar faces within the One Last Rep community. They will partner with existing co-founder Cory Boutilier, who will continue as the primary owner guiding the company's strategic direction.

This transition also marks a shift for co-founder Mike Konigshofer, who will step back from day-to-day operations and move into a business advisor role. Konigshofer will remain actively involved with OLR, continuing to coach and mentor athletes while supporting the development of the new ownership group.

"Our evolution sees us bringing in two additional owners who truly understand what One Last Rep stands for," said Boutilier. "Lane and Evan have each contributed to OLR in meaningful ways, and their leadership will help carry our vision forward."

Lane George has been part of One Last Rep since its inception,

contributing as an athlete, trainer, and program developer. His deep connection to the facility's mission and his hands-on experience across multiple roles make him a natural fit for ownership.

"Lane believes in our mandate and has helped shape what we've built from the ground up," added Boutilier. "He's the perfect addition to the leadership table."

Evan O'Toole joined OLR in 2025 following the conclusion of his collegiate athletic career. He brings with him valuable experience from running his own training brand, O'Toole Baseball Performance, where he has worked with athletes across various skill levels.

"Evan brings a fresh perspective and an entrepreneurial mindset that complements our existing approach," said Boutilier. "He understands what it takes to develop athletes both on and off the field."

Reflecting on the transition, Konigshofer shared:

"For my family, OLR was about filling a need to train our daughter and set her up to compete at the highest levels, here in Nova Scotia and on the world stage. Watching Julia achieve her goals in both baseball and track has been incredibly rewarding, and her success is proof that OLR has the tools to take athletes to the top of their sport. Over the past six years, I've had the privilege of coaching and developing so many talented athletes competing at every level.

Moving forward, I'll remain close to daily operations while shifting my focus to developing Evan and Lane as the next generation of leaders”.

Boutilier also reflected on the journey and what lies ahead:

"From day one, the vision was to create a space where athletes could access high-level training and feel supported in their development. What we've built over the past six years is something we're incredibly proud of. The landscape continues to evolve, and this change positions us to grow with it while staying true to who we are."

George expressed his enthusiasm for stepping into ownership:

"One Last Rep has been a huge part of my life since the beginning.

I've seen firsthand the impact this place has on athletes, and I'm excited to take on a larger role in shaping its future. We're committed to continuing the standard that's been set and pushing it even further."

O'Toole echoed that sentiment:

"Joining the ownership group is an incredible opportunity. I have a lot of respect for what Mike and Cory have built, and I'm excited to contribute to the next phase. We're focused on growth, innovation, and continuing to deliver the best possible experience for our athletes."

As One Last Rep enters this new chapter, the organization remains grounded in its core mission: helping athletes reach their full potential. With a strengthened leadership team, the same dedicated staff, and a clear vision for the future, OLR is poised for continued success.
