IMPACT is a high performance football strength & conditioning program that was designed to attack every aspect of football performance.

The program focuses on training and improving position-specific strength & power, speed & agility, mobility, and conditioning, while preparing athletes for contact & collisions and reducing injury risk.

PART 1 April 24 - June 19
MONDAY: 6-7, 7-8pm
TUESDAY: 7-8, 8-9pm
WEDNESDAY: 6-7, 7-8pm
THURSDAY: 7-8, 8-9pm
Athletes will be sent a google form after signing up to request their ideal training times.
Final groups will be selected based on requested times, age, and position.
